All the programs are fully customized to your body and fitness goals. You can indicate this through the online intake form
You can be in contact with me 24/7. We communicate through whatsapp or e-mail and you can send me a message at any time.
Check-Ins will occure every 2 weeks and once a month we will meet in a video call to keep you on track and make programming or nutritional adjustments if necessary
